Life in Pseudo-Lomo

I used to occasionally look into the backlogs of my blog to fondly reminisce over all the fun things I've done and all the cool places I've been. These days, though, I find myself doing the same thing, but in my iPhone photo library rather than on my blog. This is namely because 1. I always have my phone on me, and 2. Not every single "moment" I have is going to be worthy of relaying in any depth, but there will usually be a photo opportunity or two. Take for instance the lovely photo above that was taken the other week when I was up in Marion County, FL for work and stopped off on the side of the road to snap a picture (that's my government car on the bottom). Worthy of its own blog post? Nah. A nice photo worth sharing? Sure. So here are some of the pictures I've been snapping here and there in my everyday life, predictably including a lot of animals and food and Steven and oak trees. I've just started instagramming. I love all your animal pictures, naturally.

I say this every single time she's on your blog, but Fozzie is just so adorable. Also, the pic of Steve with dog and cat? Perfect!
I know what you mean about big adventures and/or small moments within an otherwise same-old day...and to my mind, all these snaspshots of time make up such a better record of time than 1 long diary or blog about it. Take joy from the small things :)

Thanks, guys! I had fun going through all these photos so I'm glad others are enjoying them, too.

Hollie- Fozzie IS adorable. And she's seriously a million times more adorable in person, because her personality is truly what makes her. I am seriously deeply in love with her. I can't imagine my life or my menagerie without her!

What the poop?!? Ummm- your life. Crazy. And you're clearly a rockstar. I just got here and started snooping around and I am SO confused and so intrigued... Started with a dead chicken. Weird as crap but I read it and I got sucked in! Kept scrolling down- theres pictures of Hollywood Studios! Aaannnd I work there. Even more sucked in. Proceed with more awesome adventure pictures and more confusion on my end... I obviously need to keep snooping around because I might be a little in love with this blog!

That gator ring is probably one of the coolest things I have ever seen!
